Large Pear-Shaped Cabochon Paraiba Tourmaline Pendant

A stunning and truly unique pendant, using one of the last of Julia's Paraiba Tourmaline cabochons. 

The necklace comprises an 18ct yellow gold pendant set with a large pear-shaped Paraiba tourmaline cabochon with a smooth, rounded double-edge setting, below a round cut diamond set in 18ct white gold rub-over setting, which hangs from a pear-shaped pendant loop in 18ct yellow and white gold.

The necklace is completed with an 18ct yellow gold palmier chain.

The surface of the gold is finished in characteristic JLG fashion with a warm hand-polished finish, which adds a richness and warmth to the metal.

Richly textured and sensitively made, this necklace is a classic example of Julia's style and a unique, timeless piece. This pendant has been crafted using one the last of Julia's cabochon Paraibas - now a vanishingly rare find - making it truly a collector's piece.
