PAYMENT

Payment can be made by PayPal or Bank Transfer. Goods will be dispatched when payment is received subject to delivery conditions below. When a payment has been taken you will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed.

DELIVERY

For pieces in stock delivery is 2-3 days from payment.
For pieces out of stock 4-6 weeks.
Delivery cost will be calculated at checkout.  Please see our T&Cs for details of shipping costs in the UK and internationally. 

HOW YOUR ORDER WILL ARRIVE

Your order will arrive in an unbranded external envelope. The jewellery is packaged in a JLG Turquoise box.
Gift wrapping is available upon request.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number and details of how to track your parcel.

VAT

All prices include VAT at 20%. For orders shipped outside the European Union, VAT will be deducted at Checkout and reflected on your invoice. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. Please be aware that we cannot return shipping costs or any import duties or taxes incurred on international orders. 

RETURNS

We hope you are delighted with your JLG jewellery. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item, we offer a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be issued for the original amount paid for the item. Returned items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Please note that bespoke items are not eligible for return. 

You are responsible for return shipping costs. If you are in the UK, we recommend returning items via Royal Mail Special Delivery. JLG cannot accept liability for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
