An 18ct yellow and white gold pendant, set with a pear-shaped blue sapphire, below a round-cut diamond set in 18ct white gold, with a beaten 18ct yellow gold pendant loop. 
 
The surface of the gold is finished in signature JLG style with a hammered texture.


The cool blue of the sapphire contrasts beautifully with the richly textured yellow gold.
