PAYMENT

Payment can be made by PayPal or Bank Transfer. Goods will be dispatched when payment is received subject to delivery conditions below. When a payment has been taken you will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed.

DELIVERY

For pieces in stock delivery is 2-3 days from payment.
For pieces out of stock 4-6 weeks.
UK delivery £10.00 royal mail special delivery
International delivery £25.00 Royal mail international service

HOW YOUR ORDER WILL ARRIVE

Your order will arrive in an unbranded external envelope. The jewellery is packaged in a JLG Turquoise box.
GIFT WRAPPING IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number and details of how to track your parcel.

VAT

All prices include VAT at 20%. For orders being shipped outside the European Union then VAT will be deducted at the Checkout stage and this will show on your invoice.
