18 carat white gold necklace, set with star sapphire and diamonds in 18 carat white gold rub-over settings. 

These star sapphire cabochons were carefully selected by Julia to create this truly unique necklace.

The sapphires are interspersed with glittering round cut diamonds, which are set in engraved settings which echo the illuminated stars within the sapphires.
