Cancellations
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel at any time before your item has been dispatched. To submit a cancellation request, log in to your account here, find your order, and follow the steps. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been submitted.
Returns
Under EU consumer protection rules, you have a 14-day cooling-off period on online purchases. The 14 days begins when you receive your item. If for any reason you wish to return a purchase within this window, log in to your account here to submit a return request.
Refunds will be issued for the original amount paid for the item. We are unable to refund shipping costs or any import duties or taxes incurred on international orders. Returned items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. If you are in the UK, we recommend returning items via Royal Mail Special Delivery. JLG cannot accept liability for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Faulty Goods
Items will only be replaced or credited if there is a manufacturing fault or if damage has occurred prior to delivery. Faulty items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
If a manufacturing fault develops within 12 months of delivery, please return your item for inspection. Any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Where possible, items will be repaired on request, but there will be a charge for this service.
